Our quest for the perfect dairy-free frozen dessert began in Ari’s home in Oakland, California. As adults, both of us realized that we were no longer able to eat dairy, and we missed the yummy taste of ice cream.

         We loved homemade nut milks, and it struck us; here was something naturally creamy and tasty, low in saturated fat and packed with nutrients. Why not use them to create a wholesome, outrageously good ice cream alternative? The result is Mr. Dewie’s!

Since the beginning we have been determined to be the premier purveyor of all things cashew and the next logical step was to nurture the relationship with the cashew farmers in Africa to assist us in processing and exporting our own supply of cashews from the Mr. Dewie’s processing plant in Tanzania. Now we can bring this creamy cashew to you in bulk kernels, paste and uniquely flavored roasted varieties as well!
